voice.inbox
your external brain · personal · voice-first
You talk to your phone. AI turns your rambling into tasks, ideas and blockers, organised. No more losing thoughts between meetings.
Hit record and talk
After you stop, your recording is transcribed in English or Portuguese. Works on your phone or laptop with an internet connection.
AI reads and structures it
Claude reads your rambling and pulls out: tasks with priority, people, projects, blockers, loose ideas.
See it all in one place
Daily dashboard with narrative summary, ageing blockers, urgent tasks, and your week's hottest entities.
Press the red button
Talk about whatever is on your mind. A meeting that just ended, an idea for a project, a task that hit you in the car.
AI extracts automatically
In seconds, what you said turns into structure: tasks with priorities and due dates, blockers flagged, entities highlighted.
→ BLOCKER: "PO 4521 waiting on Sandra"
→ IDEA: "Test new landing for Lisbon"
Come back the next morning
You open the app. See a summary of what you're working on, what's been stuck too long, and what to hit first.
Privacy is not a footnote.
Your voice memos are personal. We built this app so you stay in control of what happens to your data.
Process and forget
Turn on Privacy Mode and the raw transcript and its search embedding are deleted from our database right after AI extraction. Only the structured result stays.
Auto-purge after 7 days
By default, raw transcripts are automatically deleted after 7 days. Tasks, entities, and summaries remain while your account is active.
Audio processed, not saved
Your recording is sent securely through our backend to OpenAI Whisper for transcription. voice.inbox does not save the audio after that request.
API data is not training data
Under their default API policies, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use this content to train their models. See the Privacy Policy for provider details and retention.
